When you contact us

We collect the name, email, phone number, dog details, and message you enter in the evaluation form. We also retain the page you contacted us from and available referral or campaign information to understand how inquiries reach us. We use these details to respond to your request.

Site measurement and advertising

Outside regions requiring prior consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive website activity, device and browser information, and the fact that an evaluation request was submitted. Google Ads uses this information for advertising measurement and optimization. CallRail may process calls and website visit information to measure phone inquiries and show a tracking number. We do not send your form name, email, phone number, or message to these platforms as customer matching data.

We do not load these tracking services when your region requires consent or cannot be identified. We do not currently offer a consent banner in those regions, so advertising measurement is unavailable there. Ad clicks and impressions can still count on the advertising platform. Outside these regions, you can refuse future tracking below. You can also control cookies through your browser and Google's ad settings.
